Anytime money-back guarantee and refund policy

1. Coverage

This guarantee applies exclusively to new hosting service subscriptions and does not cover domain registrations or additional services such as dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, or control panel licenses. It is valid for personal web hosting, business web hosting, VPS hosting, cloud hosting, and reseller hosting plans. It does not apply to dedicated server plans, which are governed by a separate refund policy outlined below.

If you are not fully satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a refund at any time while your account is active. FireVM will issue a refund based on unused service time, provided your account is in good standing and has not violated our terms of service. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval. This guarantee becomes void if you violate our terms of service, including but not limited to prohibited content or abuse.

2. How to request a refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us by submitting a support ticket under the “Cancellation and Refunds” category. Please ensure you download and save all necessary data before initiating the request, as all associated data will be permanently removed once the refund is processed.

3. Exclusions

If your plan includes a complimentary domain registration obtained through a promotional offer and you request a refund, the cost of the domain registration will be deducted from your refund. You will retain full ownership of the domain and may continue to use or renew it as needed.

For VPS or cloud hosting plans that include a control panel license, the license cost will be deducted from the refund. If your plan includes add‑on features such as dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, or private name servers, the equivalent value of these items will also be deducted if the refund is requested before the renewal date.

Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund calculation

Refunds are issued based on unused service time.

  1. If more than 30 percent of your allocated resources or 1 GB of total bandwidth usage, whichever is greater, has been consumed at the time of your request, the refundable amount may be adjusted accordingly to reflect usage
  2. No cash refunds are issued for fully consumed billing periods. Credits, if issued, may be applied to future FireVM services and do not expire

5. Dedicated server cancellation and refund policy

The following terms apply specifically to managed dedicated server accounts:

  1. Cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in the next renewal fee being charged
  2. Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle
  3. If you prepaid for your service, a prorated refund for unused months may be issued, provided cancellation is requested at least 15 days before the upcoming renewal. Refunds begin from the start of the next billing cycle
